| been the Z. But all-around best, I don't think so. Yeah, it's better equipped, and it's performance is roughly stock TT levels. But lets put it in perspective. This is 15 years later. How much better is everything else on the market? Virtually everything from Nissan, Toyota, Honda, BMW, Mercedes is significantly "better" than the equivalent model from 1990. Not so with the Z car. The G's performance is on par with other "sporty" cars available today, where the Z32 was on par with the exotic supercars of the day. Couple that with the timeless classic styling of the Z32, which is still better looking than anything short of a Ferrari 430. The Z32 was the best all-around Z car ever made. It was priced to be, as well. It was simply head and shoulders above anything else available at the time. The 350Z and the G35 were made to be competitive pricewise in the $30k bracket, and have the shortcomings inherent with such a compromise.
